Promissory Notes

UniCredit Bank issues its own promissory notes with face-values in Russian rubles and foreign exchange. They may be purchased either from funds on a correspondent account with UniCredit Bank, or by transferring funds to a nostro account with UniCredit Bank. Promissory notes are issued with different maturities and may draw interest or be issued at a discount.

Any holder may use the promissory note — prior to its maturity — in finance plans (mortgage) and in settling accounts with agents and contractors.

The minimum tenor for promissory notes is 3 months. The minimum principal is 10 million rubles, $200,000 or 200,000 Euros. Interest on the note or discount are decided by agreement with the client and set according to the situation on the money market.
