What is UniCredit Bank mortgage loan?

  • mortgage programs under which you can:

  • the mortgage program allows a tax abatement: your expenses under 2 million rubles for purchasing real estate and interest rate payments are deducted from your income before tax amount;
  • and also a chance to get certificates for purchase of furniture from Ronikon.

Advantages and Terms of UniCredit Bank Mortgage Loans:

  • maximum loan amount: RUB 30,000,000/ USD 1,000,000/ EUR 660,000;
  • loan period: up to 30 years (15 years under the program of non-purpose mortgage loans);
  • minimum down payment: 20%* of the apartment value;
  • no Russian Federation citizenship or registration in the region of purchase required;
  • aggregate income of both conjoints and nearest relatives as well as the borrower's additional income may be considered;
