In this regard, the following changes have been made to the work schedule of branches, additional and operational offices

• From 08.04.2020, the Bolshaya Sadovaya branch in Rostov-on-Don switches to the operating mode from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
• From 09.04.2020, customers renting safe deposit boxes at the Prospekt Mira and Khimki additional offices can use the depository by prior appointment made via the Information Center. The schedule of the depositary is from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00.
• From 10.04.2020, the Bank’s clients can visit a branch, additional or operational office from Monday to Friday, except for those offices where non-working days are declared. More information is available via the link.

UniCredit Bank is kindly asking the clients to take precautions — use medical masks, do not enter offices in case of a queue, and to respect the distance of more than one and a half meter both between the client and the Bank employee, and between other clients in the operating room.
