Corporate social programmes

UniCredit Bank pursues charity work in several socially important spheres, such as providing material, social, volunteer and other assistance to people with disabilities; assisting in solving children's health problems; providing assistance to the elderly and other socially vulnerable groups; supporting projects aimed at environmental protection; and supporting and organizing corporate volunteer events.  

Art therapy programme

UniCredit Bank has taken part over many years in a programme of art therapy for children with disabilities.

The programme creates communication and creativity groups that help in the socialization, adaptation and social integration of children and adolescents with special needs. Various presentations and performances are organized for children in hospitals, and psychological assistance is provided. The positive emotions, which sick children experience in art therapy classes, help them to deal with and respond to treatment, provide respite from the hospital environment, and promote recovery.

Assistance to hospitals and health charities

UniCredit Bank helps hospitals to purchase expensive medical equipment and supports various rehabilitation programs.

Charity fairs

Bank  holds charity fairs at its offices in Moscow, at which leading children’s charities sell souvenir products to raise money for their causes. All proceeds go to help children in need.

The “You Can Help” competition for best charity ideas

The You Can Help corporate contest is UniCredit Bank's own grant program. The aim of the contest is to identify and support the best project ideas aimed at solving urgent socially significant or environmental problems in Russia. Based on the results of the contest, the Bank supports several of the best projects, one of which is environmental. As part of the environmental nomination, applications are also accepted not only from employees, but also in the Bank's official social media profiles. The contest jury includes members of the Bank's Charity Council, as well as representatives of charitable foundations from among the Bank's regular partners.
