On November 1, 2018 UniCredit Bank updated the terms of the PRIME service package.

1. More options for free service— monthly purchases and receipts on the card are now taken into account.

New terms of free service*:

• With an average monthly balance of 1.5 million rubles and monthly purchases of at least 150 thousand rubles
• With an average monthly balance of 1.5 million rubles and income from 150 thousand rubles per month
• With an average monthly balance of 3 million rubles

As the average monthly balances, current accounts balances and deposits opened with UniCredit Bank are taken into account, including insurance premiums under investment and saving life insurance program agreements with Ingosstrakh-Life and ERGO-Life, concluded at August 28, 2017 and onwards, and funds in the accounts of investment funds managed by TKB Investment Partners that were acquired at the Bank.

2. Simplified conditions for free access to airport business lounges.

• 1 million average monthly balance = 1 free entrance to the business lounge
• Maximum 10 free passes during the month
• To calculate the number of free passes, the balances for the previous month are taken into account.

In addition, it is now possible to spend time before the flight in more than 1,000 airport business lounges worldwide under the international LoungeKey Mastercard Airport Experiences program. Within the program, privileges from restaurants, spas and Duty Free brand shops are also available.

To visit the business lounge, you must present your UniCredit card, identity document, boarding pass and inform the business lounge employee about participation in the LoungeKey program.

3. Cash back is now accrued for all purchases.

4. Free cash withdrawals from main cards at ATMs of any banks around the world are now possible in rubles, US dollars and euros.

5. 50% discount is provided for rental of safe deposit box.

Improvements refer to a complex update of PRIME service package conditions, which includes: additional criteria for free service; new program of access to airport business lounges using Prime Mastercard Black Edition and World Mastercard Black Edition bank cards; cash back on all categories of purchases made with main and supplementary Prime Mastercard Black Edition, World Mastercard Black Edition and Mastercard Platinum Prime cards in rubles; free cash withdrawals in rubles, US dollars and euros at ATMs of any banks around the world from the World Mastercard Black Edition and Mastercard Platinum Prime main cards; 50% discount on rental of safe deposit box for Mastercard Platinum Prime cardholders.

If balances or transaction amounts reduce below the level required for free service, you can keep on enjoying your PRIME Service Package. Your account will be charged 3 000 rubles monthly in this case. As the average monthly balances, current accounts balances and deposits opened with UniCredit Bank are taken into account, including insurance premiums under investment and saving life insurance program agreements with Ingosstrakh-Life and ERGO-Life, concluded at August 28, 2017 and onwards, and funds in the accounts of investment funds managed by TKB Investment Partners that were acquired at the Bank. Purchases mean transactions for payment of goods, works and services in trade and service enterprises, including on the Internet, made with main and supplementary ruble cards and reflected on the account for the calendar month. Revenue receipts take into account funds received by transfers from other banks, including card to card transfers, as well as intra-bank transfers from the accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
