Upon approval by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Lyudmila Urbanovich was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board of AO UniCredit Bank. The new appointment takes effect starting from January 10, 2022. Lyudmila Urbanovich will be responsible for the retail business of the Bank.

Lyudmila Urbanovich (biography)

Lyudmila Urbanovich has over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer business, products and services in Retail Banking. Before banking career, she had been working with the largest international advertising agencies Leo Burnett and DDB for 5 years. From 2005 to 2019 she held leading positions in banks of global international corporation Citi. She joined Citi as Retail Products Marketing Manager, in 2007 she was appointed Retail Marketing Head, in 2010 she became Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, in 2015 was appointed Customer Franchise Management Head.

In February 2021, Lyudmila Urbanovich was appointed Head of Marketing and Products Unit of UniCredit Bank.

She graduated in History from Moscow State Pedagogical University; she also graduated in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University).
