During New Year holidays the operations with accounts and cards of UniCredit Bank are available through the remote services even in the days when the offices are closed.

To complete transactions within this year payment orders have to be sent to the Bank not later than the dates below (Moscow time):

Through the Internet-bank Enter.UniCredit and mobile application Mobile.UniCredit

Card transactions

• Translations by card number – around the clock (the operation will be completed on the debit account only in case it is performed on December, 30 till 14:00) *
• Transfers to the account of another cardholder of UniCredit Bank - 30 December 16:00
• Transfers between the cards of one client of UniCredit Bank - 30 December 20:00
• Opening and closing of deposits, changing the parameters - December 30 15:00

Transfers in Russian rubles for individual accounts

• Transfers to other banks - 30 December 16:00
• Transfers to the account of another client of UniCredit Bank - 30 December 16:00
• Transfers between accounts of one client of UniCredit Bank - 30 December 20:00

Payments in foreign currencies (other than rubles):

• Transfers with exchange to other banks (except USD, EUR) - December 27 15:00
• Transfers with exchange to other banks (except USD, EUR) - December 27 15:00
• Transfers with exchange to other client of UniCredit Bank (except USD, EUR) - December 28 15:00
• Transfers with exchange between accounts of one client of UniCredit Bank (except USD, EUR) - 28 December to 16:30

• Opening a deposit and changing the deposit amount - December 30 15:00

Through ATMs and payment terminals of UniCredit Bank

• Transfers between cards - around the clock (the operation will be completed on the debit account only in case it is performed till 14:00 December 30)
• Credit of funds to current accounts through cash-in ATMs - 30 December to 14:00
• Credit of funds to card accounts through cash-in ATMs - around the clock (the operation will be completed on the debit account only in case it is performed till 14:00 December 30)

During New Year holidays in January 2017, all operations through remote services will be completed with the current date if the order is transferred:

• Internal transfer between own accounts and transfers to your card – from January, 2
• Replenishment of personal accounts via ATMs and bank terminals – from January, 2
• External payments and transfers by the account number – from January, 9
• External and internal transfers by card number through Enter.UniCredit, Mobile.UniCredit, ATMs and payment terminals – around the clock

* Term of crediting funds to the card account of other issuing bank is determined by the rules of such bank and may be several days. Before making a transfer it is recommended to specify the term of crediting in the issuing bank of the recipient’s card.
