On June 26, 2018 Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) affirmed AO UniCredit Bank the credit rating of AAA (RU), the highest level of creditworthiness on the national scale, the forecast is «Stable».

The credit rating of UniCredit Bank is determined by a very high likelihood of receiving, if necessary, extraordinary support from the shareholder who is ready to provide the Bank with both short-term and long-term financing and replenish its capital. Among other key rating assessment factors, ACRA noted the high level of its own creditworthiness of UniCredit Bank due to its strong market position with a significant buffer of loss absorption and an adequate risk profile.
