Attention: working hours of additional and operating offices of UniCredit Bank in October 2021

UniCredit Bank has taken decisive action to guarantee nation-wide service coverage for its clients while protecting the health in current circumstances.

In this regard, the following changes have been made to the work schedule of branches, additional and operational offices:

  • On 01.10.2021 operational office «Tyumensky» will not serve customers. From 04.10.2021 to 11.10.2021, the office will serve clients according to a new schedule. Loan repayments of retail and small and medium-sized business clients, which are to be repaid on October 1st, will be withdrawn on 04.10.
  • From 04.10, the Bank’s additional offices «Vasilyevskiy Ostrov», «Zanevskaya Ploschad», «Petrogradskaya Storona» in Saint Petersburg, Voronezh Branch, Krasnodar Branch and Chelyabinsk Branch will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
  • On 04.10.2021 and 05.10.2021 operational office «Arkhangelskiy» will not serve customers. From 06.10.2021 the office will serve clients according to a new schedule. Loan repayments of retail and small and medium-sized business clients, which are to be repaid on October 4th and 5th, will be withdrawn on 06.10. 
  • From 05.10.2021 to 25.10.2021 additional office «Sennaya Ploshchad» in Saint-Petersburg will not serve retail and small and medium-sized business clients. Customers renting safe deposit boxes can use the depository by appointment via the Information Center.
  • On 08.10.2021 additional office «Ulitsa Tekucheva» in Rostov-on-Don will not serve customers. From 11.10.2021 the office will serve clients according to a new schedule.
  • On 11.10.2021 Bashkirsky Branch in Ufa does not serve customers. Loan repayments of retail and small and medium-sized business clients, which are to be repaid on October 11th, will be withdrawn on 12.10. 
  • From 11.10.2021, the Bank’s additional offices «Lomonosovsky prospekt», «Ramenki», «Rechnoy vokzal», «Rogozhskaya Zastava» in Moscow serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
  • From 16.10.2021, the Bank’s additional office «Moskovskaya» in Saint-Petersburg will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
  • On 22.10.2021 and 25.10.2021 Branch in Volgograd will not serve customers. From 26.10.2021 the office will serve clients according to a new schedule. Loan repayments of retail and small and medium-sized business clients, which are to be repaid from 22.10.2021 to 25.10.2021, will be withdrawn on 26.10.
  • From 26.10.2021, the Bank’s additional office «Akademicheskaya» in Saint-Petersburg will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
  • From 27.10.2021, the Bank’s additional office «Prospekt Bolshevikov» in Saint-Petersburg will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
  • From 30.10.2021 to 07.11.2021 additional office «Prospekt Prosvescheniya» in Saint-Petersburg will not serve retail and small and medium-sized business clients. Customers renting safe deposit boxes will be able to use the depository by appointment via the Information Center from 01.11.2021 to 03.11.2021.

UniCredit Bank is kindly asking the clients to take precautions — use medical masks, do not enter offices in case of a queue, and to respect the distance of more than one and a half meter both between the client and the Bank employee, and between other clients in the operating room as well as while performing operations using self-service devices.
