On 30 October 2018, UniCredit Bank in cooperation with German-Russian Chamber of Commerce held a business seminar on macroeconomics Current Economic Trends and Next Year Prospects. The event was attended by the Chamber members and representatives of leading companies from Germany operating in various economic sectors.
The guests of the event were greeted by Mikhail Alekseev, Chairman of Management Board of UniCredit Bank, Matthias Schepp, Head of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce, and Michael Diederich, Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank AG. Artem Arkhipov, Chief Economist of UniCredit Bank, presented a detailed report with the review of the current economic trends and shared his vision of the next year to come.

Besides, as part of the event, special attention was paid to framework business conditions in Russia as a starting basis, including for German companies operating in a changing world. Thomas Heidemann, Partner for CMS Hasche Sigle, with a long-term experience of work in Russia, became a speaker reporting on this topic to the guests of the event.
