AO UniCredit Bank and LLC “Lasselsberger” have signed a 108 million ruble 18-month credit facility agreement. The facility will be used by the company to finance its current activity.

The facility has been secured additionally by the guarantee issued by UniCredit Bank Austria AG as LLC “Lasselsberger” is the member of the Lasselsberger Group which has a successful partnership with UniCredit Bank Austria AG.

“This deal allowed us once again to gain from the intergroup cooperation for the benefit of international companies”, said Svetlana Zolotareva, Head of Mid-Market/Regions Department of UniCredit Bank, “The transaction involved a team consisting of employees from the corporate unit of the Bashkirsky Branch of AO UniCredit Bank and UniCredit Bank Austria. As a result of successful completion of the deal  UniCredit Bank Austria (including AO UniCredit Bank) became the sole creditor of the company, which confirms not only the high quality of our services, but also the effectiveness of using all advantages of the international financial group for the benefits of our clients".
