UniCredit recognised as top provider in Euromoney Cash Management Survey
Benchmark independent survey of 25,000 corporate clients elects UniCredit as Best Service Provider for Cash Management in 9 countries as well as Market Leader for Cash Management in the Central and Eastern Europe Region and in 11 individual countries
UniCredit has been recognised as the Best Service Provider in nine countries, in the Euromoney Cash Management Survey 2019. Ranking number one in Germany and Italy for the first time, the bank also retained its longstanding position as the top provider in Austria - demonstrating comprehensive leadership across its core markets of Austria, Germany and Italy. The bank also extended its Market Leadership in Central and Eastern Europe and in eleven individual countries, with a clutch of new wins in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Conducted on a yearly basis, the survey takes in the opinions of some 25,000 corporate cash managers, treasurers and financial officers around the world, using their feedback to establish the best providers in the market.
"These results are a tremendous achievement for the bank - demonstrating our comprehensive strength across Western, Central and Eastern Europe" says Luca Corsini, Global Head of Global Transaction Banking at UniCredit. "They were obtained thanks to the hard work put in by our Cash Management team but, equally, we could not have achieved this without the trust, faith and collaborative spirit of our clients. We would like to thank all of them for their continued support."
The results also come following strong investment in innovation, including virtual accounts, instant payments and SWIFT gpi, where the bank has sought not simply to follow industry trends, but to lead them and refine them according to customer feedback.
