Frank Research Group announced the winners of the annual rating “Frank RG Private Banking Rating 2015" in the categories The Best Bank in Private Banking and The Best Bank In Private Banking & Wealth Management. This is the first ranking of the Russian banks working in private banking segment, based on a thorough analysis of the main characteristics and offers of the market players for wealthy clients. In the study, in the category of Private Banking & Wealth Management Frank Research Group’s analysts examined the banks that provide comprehensive advisory and banking services to wealthy clients in the Russian market and have a high penetration rate in the investment products market (over 20%).

UniCredit Bank took the 3rd place in the ranking. Also, the top 5 includes Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, Citigold Private Banking, А-Club and М2М Private Bank. 19 banks, occupying 70% -75% share of the Private Banking market, participated in the research.

«Frank RG Private Banking 2015" is the first ranking in Russia, based on full, accurate and structured knowledge base of the Russian private banking market. Rating calculation is carried out based on the results of research of the private banking and private banking & wealth management segments in close collaboration with the major players in the market.

The 2015 survey included 25 expert interviews with the heads of private banking divisions, 23 interviews with customers, and 38 interviews with the managers of departments, 20 visits of the “mystery shoppers” to the branches and processing of 118 questionnaires of clients. The data were analyzed by 320 parameters.
