Within the process of optimisation of its retail chain, UniCredit Bank is opening Pervomayskaya Additional Office at a new address: 77 Pervomayskaya St, Moscow. The office is relocated due to the introduction of new customer service standards and activities aimed at enhancing the chain’s performance.

The opening is scheduled for 11 March 2019. The new office is located in the same street, but has been placed closer to Pervomayskaya underground station within a distance of just 40 metres. The new office has been designed with special attention to the creation of a comfortable waiting area for customers and space planning with due account of servicing disabled people.

Pervomayskaya Additional Office is a multi-service office for both individuals and legal entities providing them with a wide range of retail bank products and services: loans, deposits, bank cards, wire transfers, safe-deposit boxes, etc. A better location of the office and provision of customers with services in a new modern and comfortable office will contribute to the growth of the customer base and customer loyalty.
