Following the decision of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank, Dmitry Merkuriev has been appointed Head of Large Corporates Department effective December 1, 2020.

Vadim Aparkhov, Member of the Board, commented saying: «Dmitry joined the Bank in 2010 as deputy Head of Large Corporates. He possesses vast experience in the segment, so we are positive, his knowledge, skills, understanding of the market and relationships with clients will continue supporting UniCredit Bank keep leading positions in corporate and investment banking business.»

Dmitry Merkuriev started banking career with Vnesheconombank in international credit section in 1990, in 1992 he joined project finance team of International Moscow Bank. From 1998 to 2007 Dmitry held leading positions in several credit organizations such as Eurofinance Mosnarbank and Dresdner Bank. In 2007 he joined the team of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as Head of Relationship Management and Structured Finance.  In 2010 Dmitry Merkuriev moved to AO UniCredit Bank as deputy Head of Large Corporates department.

He graduated in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO-University).
