The health and well-being of employees and customers is UniCredit Bank's top priority

The health and well-being of employees and customers is  UniCredit Bank’s top priority.

UniCredit Bank has taken decisive action to guarantee nation-wide service coverage for its clients while protecting the health of both clients and staff.

UniCredit Bank is working actively to ensure that all essential banking services are available through remote channels. With Enter.UniCredit and Mobile.UniCredit for private individuals as well as Business.Online for companies, the clients can check their relevant banking products and carry out operations in a simple, fast and secure way.

The Bank's branches, additional and operational offices are temporarily switching to a new operating schedule. You can find up-to-date information on the office schedule on the Bank’s website.

UniCredit Bank is kindly asking the clients to access the branch individually, and to respect the distance of at least one and a half meters both between staff and among clients themselves.

Some of the Bank's employees switched to remote working. For those employees who need to stay at the office, various measures were implemented to minimize the risk of infection including shift work.

In addition, the Bank’s existing policies and procedures are in line with the relevant Government decrees and the guidance provided by the World Health Organization.

UniCredit Bank will continue to actively monitor the situation, always act in everyone's best interests and do the right thing vis à vis all our stakeholders!
