Attention: working hours of additional and operating offices of UniCredit Bank in September 2021

UniCredit Bank has taken decisive action to guarantee nation-wide service coverage for its clients while protecting the health in current circumstances.
In this regard, the following changes have been made to the work schedule of branches, additional and operational offices:
- From 01.09.2021, the Bank’s additional offices «Altufyevo», «Babushkinskaya», «Ostozhenka», «Yartsevskaya», «Zemlyanoy Val» in Moscow, Voronezh Branch and Nizhegorodsky Branch serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
- From 06.09.2021 the additional office «Lomonosovsky prosperk» in Moscow does not serve retail and small and medium-sized business clients. Customers renting safe deposit boxes can use the depository from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, on Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00.
- From 10.09.2021 the additional office «Lomonosovsky prosperk» in Moscow will resume servicing customers.
- On 15.09.2021 and 16.09.2021 Volgograd Branch does not serve customers. From 17.09.2021, the Branch will serve clients according to a new schedule. Loan repayments of retail and small and medium-sized business clients, which are to be repaid on September 15th and 16th, will be withdrawn on 17.09.
- From 22.09.2021, the Bank’s additional office «Khimki» in Khimki will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.
- From 30.09.2021, the Bank’s additional office «Ulitsa Tekucheva» in Rostov-on-Don will serve retail and small and medium-sized businesses clients according to a new schedule.

UniCredit Bank is kindly asking the clients to take precautions — use medical masks, do not enter offices in case of a queue, and to respect the distance of more than one and a half meter both between the client and the Bank employee, and between other clients in the operating room as well as while performing operations using self-service devices.
