Hereby AO UniCredit Bank notifies non—resident depositors that in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated June 24, 2022 «On establishing the regime of type «C» accounts for settlement and execution of transactions (operations), which are subject to the procedure of the fulfilment of obligations set in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 95 dated March 5, 2022 «On the Temporary procedure of the fulfillment of obligations before certain foreign creditors», the requirement for opening and maintaining by the custodians of type «C» securities accounts of non—resident depositors (with the exception of foreign nominee holders) is terminated provided that such non-resident depositors are:
- non-residents who are not associated with foreign states, which carry out unfriendly actions towards the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals and are not under the control of persons associated with such foreign states. The list of the above-mentioned foreign states was approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 430-r dated 05.03.2022 with additions dated 20.07.2022 and 23.07.2022
- controlled foreign companies that meet the requirements set out in paragraph 12 of Decree 95 of the President of the Russian Federation, namely: a) they are under control of Russian legal entities or individuals (the ultimate beneficiaries of which are the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities or individuals), including when such control is carried out through foreign legal entities associated with such foreign states; b) information about control over them is disclosed by Russian legal entities or individuals named in subparagraph «a» of the specified paragraph, to the tax authorities of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In view of the above, we confirm that AO UniCredit Bank as the Custodian has implemented measures aimed at meeting the classification of securities accounts in compliance with the above requirements.

Hereby AO UniCredit Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Custodian) informs the depositors that in case a trading depo account(s) is (are) opened with the Сustodian, the depositors have the right to transfer securities to their other depo accounts opened with the Custodian or other custodians within the limits of the trading depo accounts` balances and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Custody Operations of AO UniCredit Bank, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
